But I've been with the same BPO company for more than 10 years now. Yup! 10 years with the same people, same environment, doing the same work. I am in my mid-30s, the eldest of four siblings. An Information Technology Associate graduate. Single, no kids, and currently focusing on my career.
I have more than a decade of experience in Call handling. Doing B2B/B2C cold-calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, telesales, etc. My day to day task includes but not limited to data entry, lead generation, transcription, and internet research. I am now sharpening my knowledge with Social Media Marketing and Management, by finishing classes after classes about the field.
